CERAMIC VICTORIAN TREES-LIGHTED

These precious ceramic Christmas Trees are hand poured and painted by Pauline Zammit-Farruggio, one of New York's most respected artisans. Pauline's ceramic art has attracted lots of attention since she began the craft in 1986 in New York and many of her works are being sold in local gift shops in the Astoria, NY area. They have been sold on ebay and at various high end craft fairs and shows. Her best friend Maria Russo formerly of Harrison,NY encouraged Pauline to expand and sell her art to the public. Pauline calls herself, "All About Creations." Pauline always adds her special touch to all of her pieces. But her Victorian trees are her speciality.

Pauline started creating chocolate while she was pregnant with her first child. She couldn't pour ceramic pieces so this was second best. Her chocolate pieces are being sold at local Astoria Bakeries. They have also been put on display at Knights of Colombus Church Funraising Events for the third time in a row. The coordinator "Frank" has even put many of her trees on display and has sold quite a few so far. He is always giving her great ideas to expand her creativity. Being a young 34 year old she is always open for new ways to create pieces that everyone will enjoy. All of her pieces are created by hand. Her husband does help with the pouring of the chocolate. Since he is a cook for the New York City Board of Education he holds a Department of Health Certificate. He is always making sure Pauline does everything the right way. His best contribution is introducing Pauline to Merckens Chocolate. It is really good quality chocolate. It's Parve and contains NO Peanuts.

RETURN POLICY CERAMIC PIECES: IDENTICAL ORDERS

Our ceramic pieces are made from scratch just for you. They are made to order. If you are ordering a piece that is identical to the one on the site that is the piece you should receive. If you don't recieve the product you ordered you may return it for either a replacement or a refund. We will refund your shipping and handling costs if it's proven to be our error. If you are just returning a product because the product was not for you then we will issue you a refund on the purchase price. We will not issue you a shipping or handling refund.

RETURN POLICY CERAMIC PIECES: SPECIAL ORDERS

If you special order a ceramic tree or any of our ceramic creations there are no returns. But please be advised that we put you through a lot of verifying before we complete your tree. You are notified every step of the way. We have never had a return on a custom made tree.

RETURN POLICY CHOCOLATE PIECES: IDENTICAL/SPECIAL ORDERS

We have pictures of our chocolate on our web site. These are pieces that we have created for our customers. We check with you and verify with you that we have your order correct before we proceed with your order. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order we will take it back. We have never received chocolate back. Please be assured that if and when we do it will go straight into the trash bin. We wouldn't re-use chocolate that wasn't in our hands. If it's proven when we receive the chocolate back that it's our error then you will receive a full refund. Including shipping costs.

OUR CHOCOLATE SAFETY POLICY
We use Merckens chocolate. We donot make the chocolate. Wa are not responsible for any of merckens chocolate ingredients. We don't add anything to the chcoolate unless other wise noted ie, peanut butter cups for example. We pour our chocolate at this time from our home kitchen. We wouldn't eat in a place that wasn't sanitary safe and clean. We hold a New York City department of health certificate.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping chocolate is not as hard as it seems. I ship chocolate next day to 2 day air. I find it the best way to ship. It costs a little more but it's worth it. I would much rather have you spend a few extra dollars on shipping than have chocolate soup. I am going to be offering a cold back soon for warmer months. I have always shipped this way and have had no We are not responsible for any chocolate that melts after it leaves our hands.
